Privacy Policy for ShopShahar Seller

1Overview

ShopShahar Seller lets registered vendors upload and manage products, view incoming orders, track earnings, and manage their shop profile on the Shop Shahar marketplace. Because Shop Shahar is a marketplace connecting sellers with buyers, this app works with our servers rather than storing everything only on your device — unlike a purely offline app, your shop and product data needs to reach buyers browsing the marketplace.

By creating a seller account and using ShopShahar Seller, you agree to the handling of information as described in this policy.

2Data we collect

We do not currently collect bank account or payment details through the app itself — see Earnings & payouts below.

3How we use your data

• To create and manage your seller account and shop profile.
• To display your products and shop to buyers on the Shop Shahar marketplace.
• To receive, process, and show you orders placed by buyers.
• To calculate and display your earnings within the app.
• To contact you about your account, orders, or support requests.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

4What's publicly visible

Because Shop Shahar is a marketplace, some of your information is necessarily visible to buyers browsing the platform — that's the point of having a shop. This includes your shop name, shop logo, and product listings (photos, titles, descriptions, and prices).

Your phone number and email address are used for account verification and to contact you about orders and support; they are not published on your public shop page.

5Where data is stored

Your account, shop, product, and order data is stored on servers operated by or on behalf of Techcraft IT Solution, so it can be synced to your account across devices and shown to buyers on the marketplace. This is different from a purely local app — your data leaves your device so the marketplace can function.

6Third-party services

ShopShahar Seller may use standard infrastructure services (for example, push notification delivery, cloud storage for photos, or crash/analytics tools) to operate reliably and alert you about new orders. Where such services are used, they may process limited technical information such as device model, app version, and notification tokens, strictly to provide that functionality.

7Permissions

• Camera / photo gallery: to let you take or select photos for your product listings and shop logo.
• Storage: to upload product images and manage files within the app.
• Notifications: to alert you about new orders and account updates.
• Internet access: required for the app to sync your shop, products, and orders with our servers.

The app does not request access to your contacts, location, or SMS.

8Earnings & payouts

The app shows you a running total of your sales and earnings based on completed orders. Payouts are currently arranged manually by our team outside the app (for example, by bank transfer or another agreed method) rather than through an in-app payment gateway. If we introduce in-app payment processing in the future, this policy will be updated to describe how that data is handled.

9Sharing of data

We share your shop and product listings with buyers on the Shop Shahar marketplace, since that's the core purpose of the app. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the app (such as cloud hosting or notification delivery), solely to provide the service.

10Retention & account deletion

We retain your account, shop, and order data for as long as your seller account is active, so you can keep selling and reviewing your order history. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the details below and we'll process your request, subject to any records we need to keep for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes (for example, a completed order history).

11Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information stored on our servers. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.

12Children's privacy

ShopShahar Seller is intended for adult vendors operating a shop or business, and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly allow children to register as sellers.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves — for example, if we add in-app payments or new features that change how data is handled. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever we do, and encourage you to check back periodically.
